Stardew Valley Slot Patterns
I received Stardew Valley for my birthday and it is really all I can think about right now. I'm playing at a very slow pace since I only get about an hour of playtime a day (after Emmy is asleep and the house is clean etc etc). But I can feel that I am so very, very addicted. After all, I loved the heck out of Harvest Moon 64 and Animal Crossing--so this is right up my alley.
The secret to success in Stardew Valley is using high-value crops to make artisan goods, then selling those goods – sorry, but it's true. Your days should follow this basic pattern. The fair is one of the 8 festivals throughout the game. It happens on the 16th of every fall and is a great occasion for you to get some stuff that you previously probably could not have found. The way that the festival works is that it awards you Star Tokens which you can redeem for items at. Everyone will be scattered over Stardew Valley at the start of the game. You can find swords, slingshots, bombs, healing items and sometimes horses or even hats in chests spawned around the map. Chop trees and craft fences to use as cover. Hide behind trees/bushes/etc. For surprise attacks. The world border will gradually close in on a location.

The slot machines have a rough pattern. I tried this on my luckiest day (purple pyramid from fortune teller) and ate a lucky lunch. I didn't count how many times it worked once I started counting the pattern, but it was over 5 times and I ended up with 38,000 coins, which is enough to buy everything.

I made the green one first and it came out not quite the shape I wanted. I redid it with a thicker, yellow yarn and tweaked my pattern. If yours is still looking a little squatty, try adding more sc only rows in the middle.
